“Shaping with Larry was a blast! We shaped a 5' 9" x 19 3/4” x 2 1/2” quad shortboard with a rocket tail, and it was my first hand shaped board from start to finish. He showed me about drawing the outlines of the board from a template, used a planer to shape the bottom of the board and the deck, and finishing the rails so they blended from a soft curve to hard edge near the tail. I learned a ton and it was a really fun experience. Can't wait to ride the board we shaped! Thanks Larry!”
